In the era of #MeToo: A Holiday warning

It is that time of year that many companies will be having holiday parties. HR and Management need to be cognizant of party protocol. Managers need to be warned about their behavior with the employees. Hands need to be controlled and behaviors need to be engaged in under the warning of “If you don’t want your spouse to see it, don’t do it.” The employees need to be warned not to over-imbibe. You may be better off encouraging employees to use a ride service. Perhaps the company can even provide a ride service as a benefit for the party. And nowhere should this past party favorite be used!
