Growth comes from differences

Growth comes from differences.
Growth comes from differences.

As I read the Facebook posts of friends and family I am tempted to shut some of them off. You may have the tendency to do so as well, or you may be tempted to avoid people at work because of their opinions and points of view. When you are leaning in that direction remember the words of Theodore Roosevelt:

“Wide differences of opinion in matters of religious, political, and social belief must exist if conscience and intellect alike are not to be stunted, if there is to be room for healthy growth.”
Theodore Roosevelt, The Man In The Arena: Speeches and Essays by Theodore Roosevelt
