Performance Management: Collective Thoughts

Ben Eubanks, one of the up-and-comers in the field of Human Resources reached to me and asked if I would contribute to an E-book of his. I was happy to do so.
Ben’s announcement for the book read:
HR professionals work with managers across the globe on a daily basis, and one of the biggest problems we face is employee performance. When you’re dealing with people and their performance, the resulting conversations are not always simple or easy. But we’re working to make the topic just a little bit simpler for you.
Recently Ben Eubanks reached out to a few people to see if they wanted to contribute to an eBook to help HR pros, managers, and business leaders learn more about this topic. The response was a good one, and today I’m happy to share the free eBook with you. It’s titled “Employee Performance Management: How to align goals, leverage talent, and avoid an organizational train wreck.”
I want to thank the contributors for offering up some great, useful content: Jennifer V. Miller, Robin Schooling, Trish McFarlane, Steve Boese, Sean Conrad, Tim Gardner, Tim Sackett, and Michael Haberman. You can find links to each of their websites within the guide.
